Chief Executive Officer
Amy is an award-winning leader with over two decades of experience guiding creative and technical work. Her background includes work for Google and impact-aligned organizations like Plan International USA across diverse industries and global markets. She began applying machine learning in human-centered domains over a decade ago, at a time when many believed it wasn’t possible.
Reid Angwin
Chief Technology Officer
Reid is a senior software engineer with experience building and scaling complex systems for organizations including CustomMade, Wayfair, Civera, and ButcherBox. He’s built large-scale automated systems that made court documents and historical voting records publicly accessible across multiple states. Reid brings a strong teaching mindset to his work, improving systems so teams can understand and extend them over time.
